What the contact form collects

If you use the contact form, it collects the name, email address and message you type. The form opens your email program and sends the message to contact@cardguidehq.online; we do not store it in any database on the website.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to read and reply to your message, and to make corrections to our guides where relevant.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for up to 12 months after the last message, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Requesting deletion or access

To ask us to delete or correct your information, or to ask what we hold, email contact@cardguidehq.online.

Card and financial data

This site does not collect or store card numbers, PINs, security codes, or any financial account data. It has no field that accepts them. Please do not send them to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking scripts. Our web host may keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address and the pages requested, for security and operation. If we add advertising or analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
