Editorial Policy

How guides are researched and written

Each guide is written from scratch in our own words. Research draws on publicly available issuer instructions, published terms and conditions, and general card-network practice. We do not copy or rewrite text from other websites. Because card rules vary by issuer, our guides describe general patterns and direct readers to the issuer for anything specific to their card.

What we do not do

We do not perform balance lookups, test cards, or access any issuer's systems. We do not publish invented reviews, testimonials or staff profiles.

Reviews and updates

We aim to review each guide at least every six months, and sooner if we learn that something has changed. The date at the top of each guide shows when it was last updated.

Corrections

If you believe something we have published is wrong, email contact@cardguidehq.online with the page and the problem. We review every report. Where we confirm an error, we correct the page and update its date.

Independence and payment

CardGuideHQ does not accept payment for positive coverage. Advertising or affiliate links, if used, do not influence what we write. We are not affiliated with any card issuer or payment network. See our affiliate disclosure and the about page.
